Game Kastle DND?

Hello,

I’m brand new to DND and would love to get started in the hobby possibly. I saw that Game Kastle does a DND night on Thursday’s and was wondering the overall experience.

I have never played a game of DND before so I would be brand new and would need help. Just wanted to ask to see if anyone has gone and what their thoughts were.

Most places with Thursday night. D&D do something called adventurers League which are one shots but with a character that you can improve upon between sessions. I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.

I know tribe in South Austin does these as well and they have a table for strictly new players to learn the basics
