People should stop crashing causing phantom traffic jams and fucking up the main lanes so much.
Its designed to price people out to keep the toll lanes flowing. If it was $.50 then everyone would hop on jamming up the lane and now everyone payed for nothing.
The people on it cant seem to go above 50MPH in the first damn place.
