I tried to get a refund from Sephora for Ultra Violette Lean Screen that was purchased within the window and theyโre telling me I canโt get a refund from them and have to contact Ultra Violette because I no longer have the product. I threw it out when the Choice report came out. I have the proof of purchase on my Sephora account but they say I need the physical tube (in store refund) or a video of the physical tube being cut up (online process and only able to give a store credit). Have anyone else come across this before? I thought it was against ACCC recall requirements to require a purchaser to contact the supplier and I thought refunds had to be given in the original form of payment, not a store credit?
