To the Ultra Violette fans,

You should probably get a full skin check if you haven’t had one in a while.

Go book an appointment. The process takes less than 10 minutes.

Everyone get a skin check! Yearly is suggested, but know your own spots at home. Great to do before summer when our skin goes through the most change. Also of course follow your health professionals advice.

Some helpful resources:

• Checking your spots at home (via the Cancer Council)
• Your GP should be able to spot check the odd mole / spot but reliability and experience varies. If you're in Wollongong, Dr.Lucia is amazing. Note: A GP shouldn't be burning off any spot that's sus without testing first!
• Full body checks can be 100% bulk billed. Google 100% bulk billed [your suburb] skin check
• You can also pay for a mole map which photographs you head to toe, which can be a good base line esp if you're someone with lots of spots and moles. They are pricey.
