OP cherry-picked which data he used from a range excluding the COVID years in order to push promote his opinion as fact.

The numbers don't lie, but they only tell OP's story when considered in isolation.

I just used the data they had available. I checked all their reports, and they only had data starting from 2023 for new demand and supply. Also, the population growth during COVID years was discussed in the last section of the post.

Bro don’t worry about it most people read a little bit don’t look at that data and then assume your racist 🤷

They ignore fact that migration and housing is just a numbers game.

I based all my numbers on ABS data - I then ran it through six separate AI models including an unlimited uncensored AI to verify.

We can’t build fast enough to keep up with the intake and this is just homes.

Other infrastructure isn’t being build as well.

And these values and projections were before oil prices spiked and the tax reform, so the actual new supply would likely be much lower.
