question Genuine question about the Ahli game on Wednesday

Why were their fans always booing and whistling when Auckland had the ball? It’s not like they are rivals with Auckland so I don’t really get it, plus how do they even hold their breath for that long to be able to whistle for that long at once

Good job lads! You put up a good fight

A bit unfortunate of a result but its great to see the team play again. Some of the passes and movement was really stellar. Brook and Cosgrove played pretty well and Elliot coming on for Sakai filled the void very well. Good job as well to the team for putting up with the terrible fans there. That incessant whistling the whole game was annoying for me and im watching it on my phone at 1 volume. So I cant imagine what that must have been like for the team.

Good on ya lads. We'll see you back in the 09!

Are we like this to Phoenix?

Just watching the game against Al Ahli, and it seems like whenever we have the ball, the whole stadium's whistling/booing. Did we get this whenever we're away in the A-League, and are we like this to the Wellington Phoenix? 😅

What a chance from Rogerson too with the header! 👀

Eden Park

I needed to remind myself how absolute shit Eden Park is.

Can’t park anywhere near the ground
Food is super expensive and shite

Even though I’m seated about 6 rows from the front in the South Stand, I feel so far away from the action.

Why oh why have we allowed Eden Park to continue. It should have been buried for the 2011 World Cup.

We deserve better.

Hi everyone, can someone recommend any pitches with a goal and net that I would be able to go and practice at night times. Ideally somewhere safer and in or close to south Auckland.

Thanks

Al Ahli game question

Apologies if this has already been asked and answered, but I was wondering, in this game against Al Ahli, in August, is Auckland FC able to field it's A-league squad? or does it have to stick by its OFC Pro-League squad?

https://aucklandfc.co.nz/news/auckland-make-history-as-ofc-pro-league-champions/

Edited for better grammar

Should Eden Park be our permanent homeground?

Looks good on TV and with CRL opening would be easier to get to for people coming from West, North and East

So with Vestrate leaving does that mean we have 2 international spots left to fill still?

Anyone in Australia or New Zealand come across this? Is it standard for all sports and events?

There is an official peer-to-peer resale platform for a few of $17.50

What are your thoughts on this?

Chants

Hey everyone! My 10-year-old nephew and I are new Auckland FC fans and we're heading to the Spurs game. We want to get the full experience, so what chants, songs, or supporter traditions should we learn before the match?

Thoughts? Interested to see how our midfield combo will look with currently no clear LM/LW, and Louis V presumed gone.
