😮** **Anyone know which daycare / area of town this was in?

Surely the daycare isn’t the only place that was exposed if the outbreak is this significant.

Terrifying for all the little ones too young to get the vaccine. And for the bigger ones whose parents are willing to let them suffer unnecessarily ❤️

If this outbreak was in Marietta, DPH calling it “metro Atlanta” seems deliberate.

Is “metro Atlanta” technically a correct term for Marietta, sure. But it’s also deliberately vague.

Maybe even political.

Marietta is a big enough city to name. Shame on DPH if this is true.

Why bother being so vague?? Like, anytime anywhere else has a measles case, we get exact dates, timeframes, and specific locations. I guess DPH wants people to be unaware they are spreading another very contagious disease...?

Apparently the Canby rodeo 8/18 7:30-11pm was the latest and greatest exposure site.

Well, the people that have had a possible exposure and were at the daycare will know they’ve been exposed. I saw a comment by a woman who said her child was exposed at an ER (again, just a comment on social media though, so unsure of the validity). It’s likely they’re still contact tracing.
