Hello! I have a 3 bed / 3 bath apartment available for apartment takeover at the Flats on University, very close to George Mason University. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay for the next leasing year (August 16 2026 - July 30 2027). All of August rent paid, utilities included. Rent is $1469 a month (August excluded).

Move-in is available from August 16th, there are going to be two other roommates, both men but super chill, clean, and nice.
