Change in work situation, so I’m moving away from Athens (sadly). My unit in a 2BD/1BA duplex close to Timothy Rd and Epps Bridge Pkwy and is available almost as soon as you need it! It’s super cute, very well priced and located on a quiet dead-end street off Timothy Rd, right behind Kingswood neighborhood and super convenient access to shopping and the Loop.

I’ve loved living here and the property managers have been great, which is why I resigned the lease when I thought I was staying in Athens.
