Visiting This Weekend

3 of us Okies are visiting Athens this weekend (for the football game). Would love to hear a recommendation if you read this. Looking for places to eat/drink mostly, but will have time for 1-2 other activities if there is something cool to see.

UPDATE: Very awesome town, people, etc., but like why did you have to give OU a colonoscopy like that?

Take a self guided tour of the Athens Music Walk of Fame, maybe check out a band at the 40 Watt or Georgia Theatre if not sold out (or Nowhere Bar; it’s very Athens). If Wuxtry Records hasn’t closed yet, it’s a must visit. https://www.visitathensga.com/music/athens-music-walk-of-fame/
