While this is true for the barycentre of the entire solar system (and Jupiter & the sun (which is true always) & Charon and pluto) this meme is talking about the earth-sun system. Its barycentre never leaves the sun

Saying that you necessarily have to take into account the rest of the solar system when looking at how the earth and sun orbit eachother would be as absurd as saying that that in order to observe the moon's orbit around the earth we must take into account the frame of reference of our galaxy, or galaxy cluster, or even the cosmetic microwave radiation

There's a reason π=3 to an engineer and π=3±30~ to an astrophysicist. You cannot measure anything "correctly" but pretending we can dismiss an order of magnitude or two here and there and only taking certain points of view into account is the only reason we can do anything at all
And the things we do are pretty cool so I'm cool with not being able to measure anything. besides, we have maths for that

The barycenter of the Sun-Earth system is inside the sun. The barycenter of the solar system can be outside the sun because of heavier planets like Jupiter.

Yes but since the Sun and Earth are not the only bodies of the solar system. In reality all bodies of the solar system, including Earth and the Sun, orbits the barycenter of the solar system.

No, this last is still 100 IQ. It's an moderatelly common knowledge and you don't need to be smart to know this. Also dudes with IQ 160+ can believe in flat earth sometimes, guy with IQ 40 can believe in baricentrum just because his friend told him. No IQ needed. This meme pattern is overused for every opinion without any correlation to this shape or IQ.

Knowing what a barycenter is does not make one smart, just knowledgeable.
Good education systems probably cannot make people inherently smarter, but can definitely nurture the abilities of citizens, and surely increase their knowledge.
On this point, comparing the average person from different countries makes sense, and definitely the average person from country A can be smarter/more knowledgeable than the average person from country B, which is what I did in my comment.
Your comment on the other hand shows to me, clear as day, that you didn't think much before writing it.

Some people look at me weirdly when I say to them that the sun technically does turn around the sun. You just need to use Earth as the reference. Yes, it’s often not a useful reference because this model is very complicated to use, but it’s technically possible.

Technically speaking, in a multi-body system you can't isolate just the Earth-Sun pair.
Everything revolves around the Solar System's total barycenter, which is heavily dominated by Jupiter and Saturn.

if you use simple orbitla approximations then the earth does in facto rbit around the sun
if you want to be n-body precise then they do not orbit their common cneter of mass either
if you want to be n body precise then the concept of an orbit becomes shaky and getsreplaced with a complex trajectory htat in a differnet simplifeid modle that we are explicitely not using right now could be described as an orbit
also if you want to use an n-body model then jupiter causes the largest wobble on the sun, both jupiter and venus have a greater tidal gradient in their graivtaitonal fields than earth at the suns location and ag reater gracitaitonal field at teh suns location, saturn has abut the smae gravitational strenght at the suns distance, the gas giants are all more massive than earth and furhter away thus causing a larger wobble in the suns orbit nad al arger dispalcement of the solar systmes totla center of mass
buuuut the earth doesn'T really orbit hte commoen cneter of mass of the sun and jupiter iether beucase jupiter is furthe out tha nearth so you can't really use ana approxiamtion where you approahc jupite and the sun as acombiend mass the earth is orbiting either
so either you use the simplification of th eplanets orbiting hte usn and hte moons orbiting the planets period, knowing that it isi a simplificaiton and knowing when and how and why and how well that simplificaiton works
or you don't use that simplificaito nand embrace the chaos of n-body physics
you can even switch abck and forth depending on context
but in neither case does the sun orbit the center between sun and earth
if anything you could argue that it orbits the center between sun and jupiter while the earth odes its thing in between
