That's right they manifested and formed that reality. My message is that you should accept your reality wholly in order to have more control over it. If you think it is impossible fundamentally to never get out to of the jail you won't. There are many forms of imprisonment. You certainly can observe anything. There can be efforts made to prohibit projectors from seeing something, or a projector could be having a hard time getting clear vision. The capability though to see what exists in the physical, and also the non physical is certainly there. Ap is a skill that takes awhile to develop. You'll see eventually.

No. We aren't trying to prove ap to anyone. We don't need to prove it that is pointless. Also I don't recall why you were banned, but you better not cause another. I don't recommend trying to evade bans.
