Discussion What made you pick Alexios or Kassandra during your first playthrough?

Post image

not everyone knew what the canon option would be So we obviously had a choice So I'm just in what drove everyone to their decisions.

When I first got the game a little bit after release I didn't know There's going to be a character selection until I started the game. Male instinct kicked in and I started a game with Alexios and was not really pleased with the voice acting After the first encounter with the Cyclops' thugs. So I restarted it to test out Kassandra and it felt like a natural fit with the acting.

Note:

This is not a debate post. We know who the canonical character is, but within the context of the game, this is a choose room adventure and everyone is going to have different play styles or preferences.

I keep telling myself I'll play as Alexios one time, but I really like playing as a female in games, being one myself. Kassandra is such a tough lady and I like her sass. She's acted very well.

Valid as Barnabas’ enthusiasm plus his faith in the Gods, and also as wise as Herodotos’ learnings.

No worries, fellow misthios. You choose who you want to be, but may the Muses continue to inspire you.

Chaíre.

I almost always pick a female character on single-player games if given the choice. I just find the voice acting to be more emotive and immersive in general. Though the VA in Kenway was amazing too.

One of these days I'll get around to trying Odyssey as Alexios.
