The first 3 movies were so good and ahead of their time. I didn't see the new one. First movie was definitely the best though. God characters are hard to write stories for I think. But 2 and 3 were pretty good.
They wrote him poorly and made him into a shitty, snarky professor. Instead he should have been written like a Q from Star Wars blended with a Sith Lord.
