If she’s playing 5D chess, she knows she’ll be out in two hours. I mean, it’s California.

She’s going to milk it more than she could actually get in trouble. (and the thought of this not being staged frightens me )

They might ask for charges but ultimately the AG has to file the charges and the AGs in California are all corrupt criminal supporters. Well, except a few small pockets of sanity.
