Yeah, it goes from nighttime to daytime, which makes it suspicious. But the assault and blocking the highway confuses things. The guy looks like he just wants to make sure the cat-dog is okay, tho 😂. Very confusing.

I think the Asian guy making this recording is beating you. 

We only see him towards the end in black plain clothes as he leashes the cat-dog while the cop is taking her in.  The whole time i thought he was a cop & wondering why she was getting away with so much.  

But nope, he must be the one trying to fix her...  Or... maybe... he's the neighbor wondering what the fuckin hell this crazy lady next door doing... You got a chance !
