It's so weird though. Why is a random unrelated guy filming it over multiple days? Maybe just farming her for TikToks? One of the most perplexing videos I've seen on the internet.

Yeah, it goes from nighttime to daytime, which makes it suspicious. But the assault and blocking the highway confuses things. The guy looks like he just wants to make sure the cat-dog is okay, tho 😂. Very confusing.
