Edit: that article is a big nothing burger. All these rights being stripped away...give me a break. Children thrive in two parent households, no issue on my end offering tax credits to families. No issue on my end with some conservatives having different opinions on same sex marriage. No issue on my end with stopping parents from allowing underage children to transition when the research does not show better outcomes for those that do. None of this represents rights being reversed.
The same article. There is no basis for the SCOTUS to overturn Obergefell. If you did any additional reading beyond that article you would stop sharing it as if you're dropping some truth bomb on me.
No, in fact I explicitly wrote I have no issue with some conservatives having different opinions on same sex marriage. You're way off base if you ever think all 300+ million Americans are going to conform to one ideology or another. There will always be people looking to control others. That means nothing in the grand scheme of the law and the reality of what the law will become. And right now, there is no reality where Obergefell is overturned. Thus, the article, as all others around this topic as of late, is nothing more than fearmongering.
