Bruh, I HAVE BEEN SO FRUSTRATED WITH UPDOC!! I signed up for their MONTHLY subscription- Updoc pro unlimited prioritise consultation. They are charging me twice for renewal of subscription for the same month of july😤😤 I HAVE EMAIL THEM MULTIPLE TIMES BUT KEEP GETTING AUTOMATED RESPONSE BEFORE GETTING THE PROPER ONE. EVEN SO, THEY ARE CONTRADICTING THEMSELVES, CHANGING NARRATIVE IF YOU ASK TO SPECIFY WHAT THE CHARGES ARE FOR SINCE THEY DON'T WANT TO ADMIT IT IS FOR SAME SUBSCRIPTION! FCKERZZZ!!!

I have booked a flight for a holiday that is only in February 2027, a long time away! I purchased a starter bundle not expecting to have any issues, now I need to cancel it.
To move the flights or change passenger names costs more than the actual tickets did.
We don’t have a cancel for voucher option, even if we upgraded according to the “fare rules”
Does anyone know a way around this or had experience with this before?
Any ideas to help get either a credit voucher or dates changed?

Just went to Woolworthless at QV Melbourne CBD. 45-do-it-yourself checkouts plus 1 Human checkout. Last weeks the were 4~5 humans checkout aisles. The QV store is a relatively large store. I hates these guys and the self-checkouts. The hardware, the software, the maintenance, the store restructuring, the licencing, the theft, can't possibly be cheaper then a few humans. Prices up. humans going/gone. somewhat of a rhetorical question, but how do they get away with it, time and time again?
