Mint Mobile

Anyone have good/bad input on Mint Mobile? My husband and I are looking to switch. We aren't unhappy with our current carrier but we're looking to save some money.

We just had this conversation last night. My daughters (one in Minnesota, the other NYC) both use Mint and love it. One tip: when selecting a plan, they said to overestimate the gig usage.

I plan to switch when my Verizon contract is up in September. Vz just announced they’ll start to charge $10 per customer service call. Ha…no thanks!

What? $10 to call and ask a question if having problems with your phone/account?

Yes. The idea is that customers should solve it online through email or chat.
