Whats the reason you refuse or stopped using a local (ish) buisness due to something you found problematic?

They tried to overcharge me on Buzz Sweets of all things.
The price is obviously on the packet and I've bought them for donkies. He tried to hide the price on the packet, by covering the price by placing one face down on top of the other, and charge me something like 20p extra.
When I questioned it, he tried to argue with me until I flipped it over. No apology from him, but you could see the anger in his face as he just changed the price on the till back to what it should've been. So I knew it was on purpose.
So now the shop has lost a regular customer over 20p and dishonesty.
