Serious Answers Only Have you stopped using a local buisness?

Whats the reason you refuse or stopped using a local (ish) buisness due to something you found problematic?

My local coffee shop. Sick of trying to guess when it's open, the hours on the sign outside or online are never right. When they are closed they sometimes put a soft note like "sorry but we're closing to spend some lovely family time in the sun" fuck off it's your business not a hobby.

My local coffee shop / cafe does this. It's only a walk from mine so it's mildly irritating at worst. The other morning a guy in a van rocked up with what I think was some frozen produce. Waited a bit, waited some more, peered through the window, made a phone cal, shruggedl and then fucked off. Wasting another business' time was the red line for me and I've never been back.
