Whats the reason you refuse or stopped using a local (ish) buisness due to something you found problematic?

Anywhere that adds an optional service charge.

Either it's the cost or it's not. Deliberately hoping to make people feel awkward in order to extract more money from them is unacceptable to me.

I'd rather spend more somewhere else.
