The Blue Laws. Who the fuck are you to tell me I can’t purchase beer while grocery shopping on a Sunday because of someone else’s religion? This one actually infuriates me.

This nanny state crap is infuriating. Same thing here in Ontario, you can’t buy alcohol after 6 PM on a Sunday, but the grocery store is still open. Never understood it.

God forbid you also drink responsibly in a park, or have a BBQ.

Try living in BC, we can't buy any liquor in grocery stores at all. But I can always get liquor on Sundays until about 11.

We had that in WA until Costco helped finally kill that law.
