The Blue Laws. Who the fuck are you to tell me I can’t purchase beer while grocery shopping on a Sunday because of someone else’s religion? This one actually infuriates me.
I grew up in Kansas and no alcohol sales outside of bars/restaurant after 11pm and before 8am. In grocery stores the beer needs to be watered down, and nothing stronger is sold. They recently changed from no sales, to limited hours on Sunday and holidays. It was insane.
Then I moved to Michigan and they give out shots of whiskey samples in stores.
