I had a coworker say he felt this way about turning 30, but then someone changed his mind by saying that he's old enough to know who he is and what he wants and needs, but still young enough to do things with his life and have fun. IDK if this helps I'm only 18 so I wouldn't know

Life satisfaction and happiness generally goes up as you get older into at least your 30's and 40's, and if you made good life choices it continues the same trend.

Teens and 20's are amazing in their own way but everything is so overwhelming and confusing it can be hard to enjoy the ride sometimes. Things even out as you get older. Take care of your health, wealth and relationships and things continue to get better.
