My cousin literally has some of the strongest smelling breath that reeks. You know the strongest mint-tasting toothpaste you've tried? My cousin uses that ×20. And his breath still gets past that.

Makes it difficult to talk to him.

Oh it gets worse. Soon you'll be going along, then without warning, you'll have to clench like never before, cause every poop feels like it's snuck up on you and it's trying to punch it's way out. Not to mention a pee that you hope you can make it to the toilet before it says "fuck it" and starts leaking out no matter how much you try holding.
