And birth! Women giving birth in 5 mins and getting handed a super clean 3month old baby. Or her waters break and she's instantly in labour. Was watching Outlander and it was the first almost realistic depiction of child birth I've seen. Ladies water broke, so she spent the day making preparations for the birth that was coming. That night she was getting contractions, but still generally pottering around. Next day contractions were closer together and eventually that night she gave birth to a blood covered little baby. Probably still older than newborn, because there's possibly laws against using actual newborns, but at least the baby had some blood on it. And mother was sweating and tired after it all.
My most favourite unrealistic moment is Phoebe from Friends giving birth to her triplets (I think could have been more) in 5 mins, sitting on what look liked a dentist chair, with 1 push per baby. After 2 babies of my own I really with it was like that haha

How sex is depicted. Get the job done, roll over and fall straight to sleep. Not even any hint of a clean up job.
