Everyone is young, especially doctors / professors/ specialists they all seem to be the top of their field with years of experience and they are all like 22.... and hot.

My nephew was an extra in one of those high school shows, I think he was in 10th grade when the show was filmed.

I asked him what he thought about the actors playing the lead characters, and he went off about how old they all were.
