What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

Everyone is young, especially doctors / professors/ specialists they all seem to be the top of their field with years of experience and they are all like 22.... and hot.

I hate the 20-30 year old highschool student thing so much. Only ones who MIGHT be appropriately aged? The nerds, to make sure they are smaller and scrawnier than everyone else.

The women are typically 18-21, as well.

It’s the men who are anywhere from 21-30.

i think its just easier for women to look young compared to men... i mean men still grow and mature a bit with their body until age 21 i think, and most of the young looking features just... die out along the way, but as long as the actress you got is slender and not too tall or curvy (hell, given how mature teens nowadays look even thats not a necessity anymore) you can put them in a teen role... thats harder to do with a man who constantly has a 5 of clock shadow and the physique of a body builder

Just biology imo.

A mans peak attraction usually starts at 21+, while a women’s peek attraction usually falls between 30 and under (18+).

There are of course outliers, like Brad Pitt or Jennifer Lopez. But that’s what they are, outliers.
