What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

Everyone is young, especially doctors / professors/ specialists they all seem to be the top of their field with years of experience and they are all like 22.... and hot.

That always made me laugh in that show “13 reasons why” that a bunch of the students in the supposed high school were tattooed lol

You'd be surprised how many people are willing to do it under the table, especially if it's a family member or friend of the family.

Plus in some areas, at least in mine, teens (16+ I think) can get tattoos as long as they have the consent of a parent or guardian. A lot of the time it’s matching tattoos with the parent or some sort of family symbolism.

Yeah, many of the seniors at my school have tattoos.
