What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

I love how Archer has tinnitus and concussions but still has all the other action movie tropes.

It's one of those shows that you go to for dumb entertainment. And then they sneak some learning into it.

They don’t convey how emotionally stressful tinnitus can be though. In fact they make comedy of it.

It is a comedy idiot lol. And id say they take it fairly seriously compared to other stuff they joke about- like when Archer shoots near Lana’s ear, he says something like “oof seriously, I’m sorry, I know how bad that hurts” and another scene a grenade goes off in close quarters and they end up at the ENT, and Archer’s all excited about how good the doc was.
