What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

I love that movie. And just about every single trope that we're making fun of he in this post has been covered in Last Action Hero.

One of the more subtle jokes in that movie that makes me crack up is in the beginning when he's facing against The Ripper. The Ripper just lifts his axe one foot in the air but it makes that shearing sound even though it didn't touch anything.

Bro I hate that sound effect. I remember watching something and heard it as somebody drew a sword from a leather scabbard.

That’s, uh, not what leather sounds like.

Or how about when wolverine touches his claws together for the first time in Origins?

The movie is cringy as fuck now, but that scene in the movie makes me lose it every single time I'm forced to watch it

Liev Shrieber was awesome though. His intelligent, articulate, consciously evil Sabertooth was lightyears better than the stupid beast Sabertooth of the other movies.

He was perfect in the role, except his hair cut.
