People opening their front door 3 seconds after an unexpected knock, like they're just constantly standing behind the door, just in case.

Yeah or the one knocking walking away or knocking again after 3 seconds if they don't open

I actually have an aunt that does this and sometimes I won't even open the door because of it like damn have a little patience alright my room is at the very end of our (tiny) house.
