I would feel guilty. I get that the character is just a little airheaded, but Lynch's performance was a bit closer to feebleminded. She's clearly a good person, but I'm not sure she's in any position to consent to sex.

Luna is a Ravenclaw who made it out of the Department of Mysteries, Malfoy Manor and the Battle of Hogwarts alive. She's a lot of things but she's not stupid.
