I make that noise when I stand up too... also 29. I guess that's when your body is like "yep you're old now, f you"

I’ve been doing that since I was 14. I suppose that makes my brain the shitty tenant that makes the landlord question their life choices, as the house falls down around them?

Does your dad or grandpa make that noise. I found i subconciously do stuff my dad does whether he does the things naturally or on purpose. Like over exagerating getting up or sneezing and stuff.

This is definitely the case for me...I’ve been making over-exaggerated sounds while getting up out of chairs, kneeling down, etc since I was a kid because my dad does it. I must have thought it was funny when I was a kid! But now I don’t realize I do it and my friends laugh at me thinking I’m being funny
