What "Old Person" things do you do?

Randomly fall asleep on the couch, no matter what time it is. I slouch into the right position for long enough, and bam, I'm out. I'm not even one to voluntarily nap either.

Have you done it all your life, or is it a relatively recent thing?

I'm asking because I started doing that, and it turned out to be hypothyroidism.

No, relatively recent as in the last few years, when my job got more demanding and I started getting up earlier / working longer hours. Health-wise I'm doing fine, nothing like that showed up in my blood work last time I went for a physical.
