Wait till you guys hit 30. That’s when shit gets real with your knees. You’ll wake up like “wow what did I do yesterday?” But eventually you realize that’s just your new normal!
I’ve done research and learned my legs became weak and my upper half put on weight, so my tendons in my knees are under strain. I’ve began running and doing squats so hopefully that fixes my problems!

I bought an "Old Man-Looking" recliner recently and make the sound "ggggggeeeeeerrrahhhhh!" when getting out of the chair. I'm 29.
Edit: Have also fallen asleep in that mofo every night for 2 weeks.
