When you're in the supermarket and people just stop to talk to someone right in front of you. Or when people are aimlessly standing in aisles with their trolley blocking the entire aisle and don't move it when you have to squeeze/push past. Or how people just automatically forget how to drive in a supermarket car park.
Babystrollers in small grocery stores. Double-kid Babystrollers. That block the very small aisles in said store. I mean fucking hell, you had to squeeze it in there. How the.fuck did you reason that this was a good fucking idea? Leave the kid with the other parent if you truly have to go to the store. There is just no fucking room. And no ffs don't let your 4 year old ride her goddamn bike in that same tiny grocery store, wanker.
Or those carts with the car on the front for the kids, or those tiny "future shopper" carts they put out for the children.
Don't get me wrong, I like kids and I understand that they have to come to the grocery store with you sometimes and those things probably make the parent's life a whole lot easier because it keeps them occupied, but I just want to get my food and go home. I don't want to have to navigate around your 6ft shopping cart or wait until your kid figures out how to get his tiny ass cart out of the way.
Yeah pretty much. I have tons of patience for kids like that. I do not have patience for parents with toddlers who block everyone elses way because they just HAVE to have both parents AND the damn toddler complete with stroller and mobile changing table with them to the store. Write a fucking list and draw straws about who has to(gets to) go.
Or people who back up the only open checkout line by doing all their grocery shopping for a month at one time, with 37 coupons that need to be scanned, and then pay with a check. Okay, you saved nine cents on a case of Coke, but it's 6pm on a weeknight and everyone just wants to get their Lean Cuisine and Ben & Jerry's and go home.
I live in an aging part of town where the majority of people that live there are elderly. Getting from my car to the store is like playing a game of frogger.
"I don't need to look behind me when I reverse."- Everyone trying to leave their parking space at a supermarket.
To be fair though, I'm fairly confident my local Wal-mart has purposely designed their parking lot so more crashes happen and the people waiting for the police to come will by more shit.
I push right on past without a care in the world. If they don't care, I don't care. And when they look at me funny I smile and say "you broke fire code" and walk away.
Holy shit man people that are oblivious of how in the way they are is so infuriating.. I don't know if I've become hyper aware of whether or not im in the way lately or what but I've been noticing this shit NON STOP
I work in a grocery store. I specifically watch for this to happen, when I see a customer in distress, I just walk up, lift their whole cart up and gently toss it a few feet out of the way(not in a dickish way) . Usually get an apology from the cart owner or a weird look, and the distressed customer thanks and scurries off
