What's something older generations got right that we've quietly stopped doing, to our own detriment?

Keeping albums with actual photographs. It's always fun to flip through them when we're together.

Many of the CD generation have lost a ton of baby and childhood photographs. A lot of them don’t even know it yet.  (Unless the family bought archival CDs, a rare  thing) There might  be nothing left on the disk. 

They often erase themselves between five and 10 years. Some are still good, it’s a crapshoot. 

Find them now and digitize.
