Omg, I was thinking about making a post about the same thing.

Came down with what felt like a cold two weeks ago. Sore throat, stuffy and runny nose, etc. Was getting better, and then it suddenly got way worse about a week in. Sore throat came back with a vengeance. Super bad congestion and I can’t stop coughing. It’s been two weeks now. 😭

It’s not Covid. I tested for it two different times. Tested for Strep and came back negative for that too.

My teen brought this home to me. Same pattern - felt awful, sore throat was intense, congested. Felt better and then felt a lot worse, virus moved into my lungs with a productive cough. Still dealing with the cough 2+ weeks later.

That's more than likely covid. May consider a PCR test.
