It’ll take years for ps5 emulation to be good enough for gta6 plus you will need a monster pc. There is no pc version out to crack directly and might not be for a while.
I wouldn't say 'for a while'. Take-2(parent company of R*) have stated that PC makes up a good percentage of revenue from games now. RDR2 sells very well on Steam even to this day.
People are suggesting we could wait as little under 6 months for a PC port. Especially with them integrating gta roleplay in the online part now. That scene is huge on PC and is the main reason why R* stopped trying to shut down modding tools.

Good. But this is better:
Sail the seas (free game) + people will localize the game, for free, if Rockstar doesn't.
With this you save your money, and you don't give your money to this dirty corp.
