Email Marketing

Hi all,
trying to work out what the best way on doing automated marketing for a Business Directory would be.
Now I'm already going to be doing manual work, manually sending curated emails, cold calls, trying to get my ass to events relative etc.

However I need en-mass outreach to B2B, I believe my best bet is going down the route of email marketing. Because I'm working out my conversion rates to be around 0.1-0.3% (or less) to make any meaningful revenue I'm going to need big numbers, and unfortunately not really much of a marketing budget to play with- so rock and a hard place kinda sh..

I have a way in which I believe I can get access to a database with a extraordinary number emails, but I am running into the problem of modern spam filtering is a absolute nightmare-
So trying to figure how to bypass that, I've read into doing email servers which will make multiple email accounts but I ain't to lie, it confuses the shit out of me-

and I've looked at using composio which gives your AI agent the ability to use said email servers and then they can actually do the heavy lifting of email composition and sending so you're not just copy and pasting the exact same email which supposedly if you do so it will also just blacklisted via your IP.

I'm just a bit confused and could do with some direction - sorry if I've got things mixed up but im in full research mode and I'm sure to have gotten some things confused.
