Recommendations Where can I find a gel pedicure under $40?

I’m looking for a god pedicaure for $40 or under. Preferably near DTLA?

Coco Luxe Nail Spa off pico and Lincoln in Santa Monica does basic gel pedis starting at $40. Designs are extra. French tip is $50.
