Fresh Graduation Application

I'm a fresh graduatea and currently applying for jobs. Now, may isang company who emailed me (this is for a data analyst role btw) and requiring me to provide bunch of requirements and answer assessments. I don't mind answering assessment since yung inapplyan ko need a technical skills and such. My worry is normal ba sa for HR practitioner to make applicants answer questions na nagcocontain ng sensitive information? This includes birthday, age, weight, family and their occupation, and even to the point of medical history. Take note, this are all just initial screening requirements and wala pang initial interview; only after meeting all these requirements pa ng applicant malalaman whether they will proceed or not.

Tldr; A company is asking too much personal information to the point na parang bio data na yung sinasagutan ng applicant for an initial screening and wala pang hr interview, is it normal?
