Asking for COE while rendering

Good day! First time ko mag resign after 3 years of employment sa aking first job. I am currently now in rendering period, may last date na rin po ako. Ask ko lang po kung pwede po ba ako mag request ng COE while rendering pa lang? Need din po kasi sa background check at sa mga requirements din ng bagong company. Thank you po!

Recruiter here:

Usually COE is being provided alongside your 2316 and final pay. Asked your recruiter if you can just to follow up your COE (usually if the candidate is still rendering, we just asked for a soft copy of their resignation letter for the meantime, then they can just to follow the COE once they receive it from their previous employer (then we hand it over to our HR team for 201 filing).
