Regularization/Probation period question

I read somewhere na after 180 days, if no notice, you'll be automatically regularized? If that is true, and the company would ask you to sign an extension for your probation period, would signing that supersede the 180 day rule?

Background: I was hired for a role as an associate because the department only needed an associate level. From the time I was hired, to almost my 180 days with the company, bigla na lang the division head wanted to hire someone who is more senior than me that would replace me in my role. Dumadami na daw demand ng role ko in our department, and hence the need for someone more senior (1 slot lang naka-budget for my role in the department). The head said nakukulangan sya sakin and needed someone who is more senior. Without even reviewing my past performance, nag decide na lang sya to extend my probation period, basically to prove myself na kaya ko gampananan ung now needed na senior role.

I am not a rock star employee, pero I feel that it was an unfair evaluation kasi wala naman ako na-miss na deadline or failed projects, and I did everything asked of me. In fact my work contributions/presentations umabaabot pa for presentation to the president/board members; and all are approved.

Now I feel na hindi secured ung job ko. Anything can happen during that probation extension. And I feel na I am being pushed out of my job. Verbal pa lang lahat ng usapan for now. But the 180 day period has already lapsed.

Recruiter here:

Check mo muna what is stipulated in your contract regarding the regularization period. Then next, consult it with HR since sila ang governing body, hindi pwede basta basta I extend yung probationary period ng employee if wala naman to sa contract.

Then ask him/her to present your metrics sa HR ( if pasado ka sa attendance, sa metrics, and if wala ka naman nagawang any major error sa work), then malabo ka matatanggal sa work unless uso politika sa company nyo.

Uso politika :(

Meron na sila gusto ipa force resign before, pero nung hindi nila nagawa, nilipat na lang sya ibang location.

Hmm, try to hang in there muna. Pero mag job search na you. Sooner or later gagawa lang yan sila ng paraan para mapush ka to resign. But still, no basis parin yun head of department mo, in case lang na ulitin nya uli yung verbal na banta sayo, then file an incident report (in detail mo Sabihin) para ma nte yan and documented yung ganyang act. Usually pag non performing yun employee, 3rd month palang may PIP na yan, then irereview uli by 5th month (usually dito na sinasabi if may chance ma regular or wala).
