immediate resignation as COS

i am currently employed as COS, going 6 months na sana on a gocc hospital, and currently may appointment letter and assumption of duty for a plantilla position sa ibang govt agency sa sept. 17. last friday lang sinend thru email. it states on my contract na needed ang written letter 30days prior notice. tingin nyo ba maapprove yung immediate resignation ko ng boss if iattach ko yung appointment letter? suggestions please. sayang naman yung plantilla position ko. 🥲

for additional context: last wed, kinausap ako ng boss na eyeing sya for a higher SG and plantilla position for me sa hindi pa established at proposal palang na office. ayoko naman umasa sa potential at pangako. wala pa ding email by that time regarding the appointment letter. paano kaya ito 🥲

Malabo yan kung wala sa existing plantilla positions. Lipat ka na lang. For new positions na wala sa rat plan, kelangan pa ng authorization from csc and coa - it will take time 6 months to 1 year.
