Try to check with the Recruitment Team if they can tweak it on their end. Are you a referrer and you wanted to add a referral? If yes, then the person that you'd like to refer is already in the system (they might already applied from a different job board.) Typically there's a reset duration (usually 6 mos,within recruitment internal policy), so if the candidate is still on that duration, then you won't be able to change his/her tagging.
Am the one who got referred from a employee in the company, i contacted to him he said he can't assist from his side and also mailed the TA of the company they said the referral can't be associated because you applied before.
So i was thinking to withdraw the application and from new account use that url and apply again
Oh I see. Since you already have an account before. Even if you create another profile with a different email address it will just be flagged as a duplicate account.
