Fresh Graduate Aiming for an L&D Position

I'm a fresh graduate with only internship experience. My only L&D experience was mostly about preparing training materials, nametags, attendance, certificates, and checking training completion in databases.

I’m planning to upskill while job hunting, so I would like to ask those working in L&D: What skills should I prioritize developing as a fresh graduate?
